<br />Resolution No. 2402-206 <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and for the <br />further reason that it is necessary that this resolution immediately go into effect upon adoption <br />because the present City Engineer will be retiring on December 31, 2002, and further provided it <br />receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Cauncil, it shall take effect and be <br />in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: a c 3 <br />First Reading: ` kle'41 a <br />Second Reading: 1 <br />Third Readi ng.- Committee: <br />A.TTEST: <br /> <br />Barbara L.
