<br />1321.05 PERNIIT CONDITIONS AND SPECIAL FEES. <br />(a) Permits issued under this fee schedule sha11 exnire as follows: <br />(1) Homeowners' permit - 3 months from the date of issuance. <br />(2) Building permits as follows: 1995 1996 1997 <br />A. Under $10,000 evaluation - 4 months from the date of <br />issuance. <br />B. $10,000 to $50,000 evaluation - 6 months from the date of <br />issuance. <br />C. Over $50,000 - 9 months from the date of issuance. <br />(3) Mechanical pernuts as follows: <br />A. When no building permit issued - 45 days or <br />B. To coincide with the expiration of the building permit. <br />(Note: Two extensions equal to the original time period allotted may be <br />granted provided circumstances warrant and it is requested in writing within ten <br />days of the expiration date.) <br />(b) Reinspection fees (not Applicable to Homeowners' Permits) : <br />(1) If an inspection is requested and for any reason the work is found <br />unsatisfactory or incomplete, a fee shall be assessed in the amount of <br />$25.00 $30.00 $35.00. <br />(2) If work is covered without benefit of an inspection, it sha11 be <br />revealed and a fee assessed in the amount of <br />$25.00 $30.00 $3 5.00. <br />(3) For a1I permits where a final inspection has not been requested, in <br />writing, prior to the expiration of the permit, an inspection shall <br />be made fifteen days after the expiration date and a fee shall be assessed in <br />the amount of: $25.00 $30,00 $35.00 <br />(Exception: Written request for an extension has been <br />received.) <br />(c) Ins,pgction fees: <br />(1) Advisory inspection $15.00 15.00 15.00 <br />(2) Certificate of occupancy 15.00 15.00 15.00 <br />(d) Homeowners obtaining their own permits shall sign an affidavit stating <br />they are perfornung a11 work.
