Be amended, and, as amended, sha11 read as follows: <br />"Section 1: That there is hereby established a program fee of seventy dollars ($70.00) to <br />be charged to the paxent or other guardian of each juvenile who participates in the Community <br />Diversion Program of the North Olmsted Youth Development Program (YDP). In addition to <br />this fee, each said parent or guardian of a juvenile, who violates the Program's guidelines and is <br />filed upon in Juvenile Court within one year of his or her admission to the Program, shall pay an <br />administrative fee which shall be no less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) and no greater than one <br />hundred dollars ($100.00). Said administrative fee in each case sha11 be determined by the YDP <br />Coordinator, who sha11 base it upon the severity of the violation committed. All fees provided for <br />herein, which are collected by YDP Coordinator, shall be used exclusively for YDP services, <br />including, but not limited to, programs and interventions for youths and families involved in <br />community diversion." <br />SECTION 2: That any Ordinance or parts of Ordinances inconsistent with or in conflict <br />with this Ordinance, to the extent of any such inconsistency or conflict with this Ordinance, be <br />and hereby are repealed. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety a.nd welfare and for the <br />further reason that it is necessary that this legislation go into effect immediately so that sufficient <br />funding will be available by 7anuary 1, 2003 when funding from the County will decrease; and <br />further provided that it receives an affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it <br />shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />? <br />PASSED: , ??-?-..??.c.?? / a Do D_ <br />A ST.• ? <br />ARBARA L.
