biosolids performed by the City of North Royalton, Ohio for calendar year 2003 in an amount <br />not to exceed $150,000.00 on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. The third interim agreement <br />shall be substantially in the form and substance of the "Interim Agreement No. 3," attached to <br />this Resolution as Exhibit A. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and for the <br />further reason that it is necessary that this legislation be effective immediately so that the City <br />can cuntinue, without contract interruption, to benefit from the significant cost reduction the <br />progam provides to the Sewer Revenue Fund, and further provided it receives the aff'irmative <br />vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />??. <br />PASSED: `?- <br />First Reading. <br />Second Reading.• ' 0 _ <br />Third Reading: ?1 f 3/ D? ,., <br />Committee: A EJ'I: <br />_- <br />?
