this Contract: <br />(a) For the Learn to Skate Program, the City agrees to pay Contractor an amount that is <br />based upon the monies collected by the City in the registration of studerts for a session of the Learn <br />to Skate program, as follows: <br />$1.00 per student, per lesson, for the first 1-200 students enrolled in a session; <br />$125 per student, per lesson, for the next 201-300 students enrolled in a session; <br />$1.50 per student, per lesson, for the next 301-400 students enrolled in a session; <br />$2.00 per student, per lesson, for the next 401-500 students enrolled in a session; <br />$2.50 per student, per lesson, for the next 501-600 students enrolled in a session; <br />$3.00 per student, per lesson, for the next 601-700 students enrolled in a session; <br />$3.50 per student, per lesson, for the next 701-800 students enrolled in a session; <br />$4.00 per student, per lessoq for the next 801 or more students enrolled in a session. <br />The City shall, in accordance with this Section, by and through the procedures dictated by the <br />Finance Dept., requisrtion payment of the Contractor the surn owed to him for a session no later <br />than ten (10) business days following the closing of registration of that session. <br />(b) Far lesson progcamming in addition to Larn to Skate, the City agrces to Pay Comrador <br />$20.00 pet hour for instnuding aay svch progtam. The Recreation Director shall, <br />upon the financial information supplied by the Rink Supervisor and Recreation Department <br />Bookkeeper, based from relevant terms hereof, pertinent financial information derived from the <br />4 <br />
