<br />If Resolution No. 2002-156 <br />Page 2 <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and <br />welfare and for the further reason that it is necessary that this Resolution go into effect <br />immediately due to the pressing need of the City to acquire critical insurance coverage <br />for its operations at the earliest possible date and to protect the City's finances by paying <br />lower premiums through the competitive bidding process, and, funher provided it <br />receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect <br />and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: ?-?- <br />? - <br />ATTEST.• <br />F, <br />?-d..i.J- <br />ra L.
