REJECTION OF PROPOSALS Page 5 of 5 The City of North Olmsted, through fts duly authorized officials, reserves the right to reject any, part of any, or a11 proposals, to waive infoz-ma.lity in any proposals, and to hold all proposals for a period of sixty (60) iiays before a.cceptance. Firm exists or if the Owner reject all proposals. IX. ORAL PRESEN3'ATIONS An oral presentation by one or more of the Proposers may be requested after the Proposal Deadline identified in Section IV of this RFP. Each Proposer should be prepazed to discuss and substantiate any of the areas of the proposal submitted. The receipt of a copy of this RFP by a firm and a submission of a written proposal by the firm does not constitute an obligation of the Owner to grant and/or conduct an oral presentation to each and every Proposer. X. MODIFICATION OF CRITERIA, PROCEDURE, :AND TERMS This RFP sets forth the intent of the Oumer as to the procedure and criteria by which the (Name of the type o fl firm will be selected and wha.t will be the terms of the Agreement between the Owner and the successful Proposer. Except as required by statute, the Owner reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to modify this procedure and criteria by which the (Name of the type o fl firm will be selected and the terms of the Agreement up to the execution of an A;greement. M. CLARIFICATION AND SUPPLEMENTATION OF PROPOSALS The Owner reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to have any Proposer clarify or supplement its proposal, including thraugh direct contact with one or more Proposers a$ex Proposal Deadli.ne identified in Section IV of this RFP.
