CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 2002-146 BY: Mayor Musial A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED TO ENTER INTO A MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH OHIO TIME CORPQRATION REGARDING THE IIVFOTRONICS ATTENDANCE SYSTEM AND SOFTWARE AT THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PI.ANT, .AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, it is the recommendatian of the Superintendent at the Wastewater Treatment Plant that the City enter into a maintenance contract with Ohio Time Corporation for annual unlimited maintenance of the Infotronics Attendance System and Soflware; and WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to authorize the Mayor to enter into said proposed maintenance contract with Ohio Time Corporation for the period October l, 2002 to October 1, 2003, in order to control maintenance costs; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND ST.9TE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That the Mayor be and he hereby is authoriaed to enter into an agreement with Ohio Time Corporation, for the maintenance of the Infotronics Attendance System and Software at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, for the period October 1, 2002, to October 1, 2003, in substantially the form and substance as the form Maintenance Contract attached to this Resolution and marked as "Exhibit A." SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and for the further reason that it is necessary that this resolution irnmediately go into effect so that maintenance of the Infotronics Attendance System at the Wastewater Treatment Plant is not disrupted, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of twathirds of all members of this Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor.
