CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2002-146 <br />BY: Mayor Musial <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED TO ENTER INTO A MAINTENANCE <br />AGREEMENT WITH OHIO TIME CORPQRATION REGARDING <br />THE IIVFOTRONICS ATTENDANCE SYSTEM AND SOFTWARE AT <br />THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PI.ANT, .AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, it is the recommendatian of the Superintendent at the Wastewater Treatment <br />Plant that the City enter into a maintenance contract with Ohio Time Corporation for annual <br />unlimited maintenance of the Infotronics Attendance System and Soflware; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to authorize the Mayor to enter into said <br />proposed maintenance contract with Ohio Time Corporation for the period October l, 2002 to <br />October 1, 2003, in order to control maintenance costs; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND ST.9TE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Mayor be and he hereby is authoriaed to enter into an agreement <br />with Ohio Time Corporation, for the maintenance of the Infotronics Attendance System and <br />Software at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, for the period October 1, 2002, to October 1, 2003, <br />in substantially the form and substance as the form Maintenance Contract attached to this <br />Resolution and marked as "Exhibit A." <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and for the <br />further reason that it is necessary that this resolution irnmediately go into effect so that <br />maintenance of the Infotronics Attendance System at the Wastewater Treatment Plant is not <br />disrupted, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of twathirds of all members of <br />this Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the <br />Mayor. <br />
