Ordinance 2002-144 <br />Page 2 <br />SECTION 3: That two certified copies of this Resolution be forwa.rded to the City <br />Engineer to be included with said applications. <br />SECTION 4: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and for the <br />further reason that it is necessary that this legislation to go into effect immediately so that the <br />Mayor may apply before the applications deadline in October, and further provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two-thirds of a11 members of Council, it sha11 take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: ;???uc. t?
