CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2002-110 <br />BY: COUNCILPERSON MICHAEI GAREAU, JR. <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE "DIRECTOR OF PLANNING" POSITION SALARY RANGE AS A FULL-TIME <br />POSITION, AND OTHERWISE RE-ESTABLISHING THE RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR VARIOUS <br />ADMINISTRATNE AND LEGISLATIVE PERSONNEL AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to establish a salary range for the full-time position of "Director of <br />Planning," corresponding to the creation of the aforementioned position by Ordinance 99-126; and <br />WHEREAS, this Ordinance is intended only to amend Section 1 in order to create the salary range for the position of <br />"Director of Planning;" and <br />WHEREAS, other than the foregoing change referenced, it is the intent of this Council to re-adopt all of the other <br />substantive provisions of Ordinance No. 2002-59. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF <br />CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO. <br />SECTION 1: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for administrative and legislative personnel of <br />the City of North Olmsted. The salaries in this section shall be determined by the Mayor as appropriate. <br />FROM <br />TO <br />A. Mayor (established through separate ordinance) <br />B. Director of Public Service <br />C.
