CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2002-105 <br />ja <br />BY: Mayor Norman T. Musial <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE "ENVIRONMENTAL SPECIALIST' POSITION SALARY RANGE AS <br />EITHER A FULL TIME OR A PART TIME POSITION, AND OTHERWISE RE-ESTABLISHING THE RATES OF <br />COMPENSATION FOR VARIOUS ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGISLATIVE PERSONNEL AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to establish both a full time and part time rate for the position of <br />"Environmental SpecialisY' that corresponds to the creation of the aforementioned position in Ordinance 2002-71; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, this amends only Section 7 to eliminate the "Environmental Engineer' salary range and create the <br />salary range for position of "Environmental SpecialisY"; and <br />WHEREAS, other than the foregoing changes, it is the intent of this Council to re-adopt all of the substantive <br />provisions of Ordinance 2002-59. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY <br />OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO. <br />SECTION 1: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for administrative and legislative <br />personnel of the City of North Olmsted. The salaries in this section shall be determined by the Mayor as <br />appropriate. <br />FROM TO <br />2001 2002 2003 <br />A. Mayor (established through separate ordinance) <br />B.
