This Agreement shalI terminate on Junc 30, <br />2003. At that time. ODOT may renew this Agreeement on the same tcnr?s and conditions for a period <br />beginning July l, 2403, and endingno later tha.n June 30, 2005, or earlier provided that the party's <br />cantraetual obligatians have heen completed, by giving written natice to the LPA by Ju1y l, 2003. <br />However, whereas this Agreement may be renewed for the period specified above, under no <br />circumstance shall ODOT provide to the LPA more than the cost sharing provisian as outlined in <br />Section V of this Agreement. <br />AIl f nanciat obligations of ODOT under this Agreement azid any renewal thereof are subject to the <br />appropriation of sufficient funds by the General Assembly. If at any time sufficient funds are not <br />appropriated to continue funding the paymeats due under this Agreernent, or any renewa] thoreof, <br />this Agreernent, or any renewal thereot will ternunate on the date the available appropriation expires <br />without any further obligation by ODOT. <br />SECTIO XXVII - ENTIRE AGREEMENT <br />This Agreement and i#s attachments constitute tha Gntire Agreement between the parties. All prior <br />discussions and understandings between the parties aze superseded by this Agreemeiit. This <br />Agreement shall not be altered, modifieci, or amendei except by a writtcn agreement signai by each <br />of tha parties hereto. <br />SEr•rrnN XXVIII .
