<br />AGREEMENT <br />_,of <br />This A?greement is authorized by (hdinance Number 2002- D q of the City of North <br />Qlmsted, 4hio, Resolution NumberI002- - 75 of the Board of Trustees of the Crreater Cleveland <br />Regianal Transit Authority, and pursuant to the "Public TransportatiQn 4perating Agreement <br />Between the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority and City of North Ulmsted" <br />(Operating Agreement), Section 42 Park-N-Ride which was entered into between the parties on <br />7anuary 12, 2000. <br />Sectian 42 Pazk-N-Ride states in part that: <br />"The Authority has determined that a Park and Ride facility located in <br />central North Olmsted is essential to the continued contractual service to be <br />provided under this agreement and the City and Authority will mutually cooperate <br />in the selection and development of a park and ride facility at a location <br />acceptable to the Authority. <br />Failure tv meet this objective cauld result in a reassessment of the <br />ctrntinued operating relationship between the Authority and the City, up to and <br />including termination, pursuant to Section 26 of this agreement." <br />NOW, THEItEFORE: <br />Sectian I- Iden#ification Of Priacipal Parties <br />This Agreement is by and between the City of North Olmsted, Ohio ("North Olmsted") <br />and the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority ("RTA") <br />Section II - Proaerly Descriation <br />This Agreement shall eover a proposed dedicated public roadway currently identified as <br />the Prapased Roa.clway to the proposed RTA Park-N-Ride facility ("Proposed Roadway"), which <br />said roadway will be located upon real property in the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, known as <br />Permanent Parcel Number 236-12-004 a.nd a portion of 236-11-017 (hereinafter the "Property"); <br />will begin at its intersection with Relocated State Route 252 in the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, <br />
