City Engineer CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED TEMPORARY RIGHT-OF-ENTRY AGREEMENT 23385 LORAIN ROAD ADDRESS 237-09-004 PERMANENT PARCEL NUMBER (S) I/We, the undersigned property owner(s) (hereafter known as Owner), hereby permit the City of North Olmsted (hereafter known as City), and/or its agents to enter upon our property, effective Friday, March 15, 2002, through , 2002 for the purpose of improving, the Clague Road roadway in the immediate vicinity of Lorain Road. Said work is further described as; partial re-construction of driveways, curbs and landscape area and as shown on the attached drawing. It is further agreed that the owner wili save the City and/or its agents harmless from any damage to our property, except as set forth in the purchase agreement between the parties dated Maxch _, 2002 or as determined by the City nor further claims of any nature whatsoever. It is further agreed that the City will save the owner and/or its agents harmless from any damage to the property, except as set forth in the purcnase agreement between the parties dated March _, 2002 or as determined by the owner nor further claims of any nature whatsoever. This temporary right of way is granted for the period of time necessary to complete said work and will terminate upon completion and acceptance of said work by the City of North Olmsted, but not later than set forth above. City agrees that its entry on Owner's property and the construction of the improvements shall in no event interfere with Owner's business operations on the property, including without limitation, that its entrances shall not be closed to vehicular traffic, except during trenching and then only for the period of time absolutely necessary.
