.,?.? . <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />OF <br />RIGHT-OF-WAY <br />TO THE <br />CITY OF N4RTH OLMSTED F()R PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY <br />PURPOSES <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known As <br />being part of originai Dover Township Lot No. 30, and described as follows: <br />Starting at the monument box located in the Lorain and Clague Road intersection, <br />South 53 ° 10' 45 West, 0.61 feet to a point on the centerline of Lorain Road (80 feet wide); <br />Thence South 31 ° 58' 00" East, 32.83 feet to point-, <br />Thence South 21 ° 53' 00" East, 7.71 feet to a point on the centerline of Clague Road (60 feet <br />wide); <br />Thence North 68° 07' 00" East, 42.50 feet to a point on the new easterly right-of-way line of <br />Clague Road being also the new westerly property line of Permanent Parcel 237-09004 and the <br />principal place of beginning; <br />Thence northeasterly 19.65 feet along an arc deflecting to the right whose chord is 18.28 feet <br />bearing North 15° 3 8'5 3" East to a point on the southerly right-of-way line of Lorain Road <br />(80 feet wide) being also the northerly property line of Permanent Parce1237-09004; <br />Thence South 53° 10' 45" West, 24.46 feet along the southerly right-of-way of Lorain Road to <br />the current northwesterly property corner of Permanent Parcel 237-09-004; <br />Thence South 21 ° 53' 00" East, 125.09 feet along the cunent easterly right-of-way line of Clague <br />Road being also the current westerly property cline of Permanent Parcel 237-09004 to the current <br />southwesterly property corner of Permanent Parce1237-09-004 <br />Thence North 53° 10' 45' East, 12.94 feet along the current southerly property line of Permanent <br />Parce1237-09-004 to a point being the new southwesterly property corner of Permanent <br />Parce1237-09-004; <br />Thence North 21° 53' 00" West, 113.57 feet (calculated) along the new easterly right-of-way of <br />line of Clague Road being also the new westerly property line of Permanent Parce123 7-09-004 <br />to the principal place of beginning, property acquisition containing 1,589.084 square feet more or <br />less but subject to all legal highways and easement of record. <br />EXHIBIT A
