SECTION 3: That Section 1 of Ordinance Number 2001-127, which presently rea+ds as follows: "SEC170N 1: That there is hereby establisheii a separate Special Reve,nue Fund, entitled the "Senior Assistance Fund," for fines collected from violations of the City's Handica.pped Parking Ordinances, presently codified at Sections 3 51.04( fl of the City's Traffic Code. The Director of Finance is hereby directed ta receive and pay uito said separate fimd all fines and costs received by the City as a result of the disposition of traffic cita#ions issued by police officers for violations of said Sedion 351.04(f) of the Traffic Code, including fines and casts received as a result of law enforcemern action under the City's STOP program. SECTION 4: That any Ordinance, or part of any Ordinance, in conflict or inconsistent with any provision of this Ordinance is, to the extent of any such conflict or inconsistency, repealed. SECTION 5: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare and for the further reasvn that it is necessary that this legislation go urto effect immediately so tha.t there will be no gap in the enforcement of the City's handicapped parking laws; and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shail take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. 6
