EXHIBIT A SCOPE OF SERVICES 1.1 The basic services to be provided by CONTRACTOR under Section 1. Basic Services of the Golf Pro at Springvale Golf Course are as follows: 1. 1. 1 CONTR.ACTpR shall provide golf consultam services at Springvale Golf Course, and CONTRACTOR does accept and agree to perform such services. Subject to the supervision and pursuant to the orders, advice and directions of CITY, CONTRACTOR shall provide golf programs and instruction affiliated with the PGA and professional golf, ta include adult men's and women's, youth, and group and private lessons throughout the golf season, special coordination of lessons for special events, instruction on management of play for starters and rangers, and sha11 perform such other duties as are customarily performed by one holding such position in other similar businesses or enterprises as that engaged in by CITY, and sha11 also additionally render such other and unrelated services and duties as may be assigned to CONTRACTOR from time to time by CITY. Range ba11s for lessons will be included. 1.1.2 CONTRACTOR agrees to perform, at all times faithfully, industriously, and to the best of his ability, experience, and talerrt, a11 of the duties that may be required of and fram him pursuant to the express and implicit terms of this Contract, to the reasonable satisfaction of Employer. Such duties sha11 be rendered at Springvale Galf Course, North Olmsted, Ohio and at such other place or places as CITY shall in good faith require or as the interests, needs, business, and opportunities of CITY shall require or make advisable. 1.2 The scope of work for any Section 2. Optional Services of the CONTRACTOR, if and when determined by the CITY to be necessary, shall be determined upon receipt of an approved scope and work task breakdown the CONTRACTOR and upon written authorization from the CITY to proceed with the optional services. + + END OF EXHIBIT A + +
