3.1.1 Designate a CITY representative having the authority to give to CONTRACTOR instructions, receive information, define the CITY' S palicies and make decisions with respect to the PROJECT. 31.2 Provide a11 criteria and information needed by CONTRACTOR regarding the CITY' S requirements for the PROJECT, including design objectives and constraints, space and capacity requiremerYts and budgetary limitations. 3.1.3 Furnish to CONTRACTOR, as needed, copies of a11 design and construction standazds, which the CITY requires for the PROJECT. 3.1.4 Provide to CONTRACTOR all availabie data and information in the possession of the GITY, as needed by CONTRACTOR, relevant to the design and constreiction of the PROJECT. This data and infarmation may include: (1) the record drawings identified in the RFP (Request far Proposat) for PROJECT and appropriate professional interpretations thereof; (2) product data sheets and other information regarding the membrane roofing materials used by the CITY since 1997 for rehabilitation of four roofs at the North Olmsted Wastewater Treatment Plant and (3) other necessa,ry data and consuttations. 11.5 Perform a11 the tasks and subtasks identified as obligations of the CITY in APPENDIX B, referred to in Exhibit I attached to this Agreement 3.1.6 Give prompt written notice to CONTRACTOR whenever the CITY observes or otherwise becomes aware of any event that affects CONTRACTOR's performance of its duties and ahligations under Section 1. Basic Services. SECTION 4. TIME SCHEDULE 4.1 Untess otherwise directed by the CITY, the CONTRACTOR shall commence the perFormance of the Section 1. Basic Services upon execution of this Ageement by both parties that shall constitute Authorization to Proceed. Time is of the essence in this Agreement for the Section 1. Basic Services. 3
