Deichmann, P.E. <br />City Engineer <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />TEMPORARY RIGHT-OF-ENTRY AGREEMENT <br />3675 CLAGUE ROAD <br />ADDRESS <br />231-12-014 <br />PERMANENT PARCEL NUMBER (S) <br />I/We, the undersigned property owner(s) (hereafter lrnown as Owner), hereby permit the City of <br />North Olmsted (hereafter lrnown as Ciry), and/or its agents to enter upon our property for the <br />purpose of improving, the Clague Road roadway in the imrnediate vicinity of Larain Road. Said <br />work is further described as; <br />grading, partial re-construction of driveway and relocation of :fence <br />and as sliown on the attached drawing. <br />It is further agreed that the owner will save the City and/or its agents harmless from any damage <br />to our property, except as determined by the City nor further claims of any nature whatsoever. <br />This temporary right of way is granted for the period of time necessary to complete said worlc <br />and will terminate upon completion and acceptance of said work by tihe City of North Olmsted. <br />After completion of the wark as mentioned above, the City of North Olmsted, and/or <br />agents agree to restore all grounds areas which are disturbed by tlie aforesaid work return <br />said areas to its original condition and dispose of all rubbish and debris resulting from the <br />work. This includes, but is not limited to, driveway aprons and grass areas.
