<br />aYZ2;;...... <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />TEMPORARY RIGHT-OF-ENTRY AGREEMENT <br />3683, 3685. 3687 arm 3689 CLACUE RoAn <br />Address <br />231-12-017 <br />Permanent Parcel Number(s) <br />UWe, the undersigned property owner(s) (hereafter known as Owner), hereby pernut the City of <br />North Olmsted (hereafter known as City) and/or its agents to enter upon our property for the <br />purpose of improving the Clague Road roadway in the immediate vicinity of Lorain Road. Said <br />work is further described as: <br />Partial re-construction of drivewav and curbs. <br />and as shown on the attached drawing. <br />It is contemplated tha.t the work for which this temporary right-of-entry is required will be <br />completed by November, 2002. 1'his temporary right of way is granted for the period of time <br />necessary to complete said work and will terminate upon completion and acceptance of said work <br />by the City of North Olmsted. <br />After completion of the work as mentioned above, the City af North Olmsted and/or agents agree <br />to restore all grounds areas which are disturbed by the aforesaid work, return said areas to their <br />pre-work condition, and dispose of all rubbish and debris resulting from the work. This includes, <br />but is not limited to, driveway aprons and grass areas; utilities, curbs and drives; and parking lot <br />curbing and paving repairs. To the extent possible, considering the fact that traffic will not be able <br />to cross over the new cement portion of the road until the cement has dried, the parking lot entry <br />drive shall be kept free and open on weekends and shall also be kept open as much as possible <br />through the construction phase.
