LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />OF <br />RIGHT-OF-WAY <br />FROM <br />DOUGLAS J. AND SUZANNE M. OLESKY <br />TO THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED FOR PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY <br />PURPOSES <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known <br />As being part of original Dover Township Lot No. 30, and described as follows: <br />Starting at the monument box located in the Lorain and Clague Road intersection, North <br />22° 04'45" West, 449.26 feet (calculated) along the centerline of Clague Road to a point; <br />Thence North 67° 55' 15' East, 30.00 feet to a point on the current easterly right-of-way <br />line of Clague Road (60 feet wide) being also the current southwesterly property corner <br />of Permanent Parcel 231-12-012 and the principal place of beginning; <br />Thence continuing North 67° 55' 15" East, 2.23 feet (calculated) to a point on the <br />southerly property line of Permanent Parcel 231-12-012 being also the new easterly right- <br />of-way line of Clague Road and a new southwesterly property corner for Permanent <br />Parcel 231-12-012; <br />Thence North 25° 57'56" West, 32.86 feet (calculated) along the new easterly right-of- <br />way line of Clague Road being also the new westerly property line of Permanent Parcel <br />231-12-012 to a point on the current easterly right-of-way line of Clague Road; <br />Thence South 22° 04'45" East, 32.78 feet (calculated) along the current easterly right-of- <br />way line of Clague Road being also the current westerly property line of Permanet Parcel <br />231-12-012 to the principal place of beginning, properiy acquisition containing 36.499 <br />square feet more or less but subject to all legal highways and easements of record.
