t ? <br />RENTAL AGREEMENT <br />THIS IS AN OUTRIGHT RENTAL AGREEMENT, made and entered into <br />between SOUTH EAST GOLF CAR COMPANY, designated as the "First <br />Party" and CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED doing business as SPRINGVALE <br />GOLF COURSE, designated as the "Second Party", made this <br />?5 day of 20 0:;-- , for the purpose of <br />renting to the Second Party, gasoline golf cars with the right <br />and privilege of the Second Party to rent said cars to members, <br />guests, and/or registered players under the following terms anci <br />conditions: <br />1. The First Party shall provide to the Second Party <br />Seventy-five (75) Club Car D/S gasoline golf cars, on or about <br />the twenty-ninth (29t'') day of July 2002. Said cars sha11 be <br />guaranteed to be mechanically dependable, presentable in , <br />appearance and that they will merit approval as such, by the <br />Second Party when delivered. <br />1a. The First Party shall equip the above said golf <br />cars with canopy tops, number decals, wheel covers, <br />information holders, roll-down bag covers and windshields <br />(available for 20 of the 75 cars). <br />2. The cars stipulated in this Agreement and delivered <br />under this Agreement shall be maintained on the! premises of the <br />Second Party through the 2006 golfing season wi.th an owner <br />option for the 2007 golfing season. <br />3. The Second Party agrees to remit to t:he First Party as <br />rental for said golf cars according to the foll_owing payment <br />schedule: <br />*NOTE : All payments are due on the lOt'' day of the montYa.. <br />YEAR 2002 <br />3 monthly payments of $12,437.50 each August, September, and <br />October. <br />YEARS 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 <br />$825.00 per car per year X 75 golf cars =$61,875.00 divided by <br />6 equal payments of $10,312.50 on the 10t'' day of the months oi <br />May through October.
