The First Party agrees to maintain liability insurance <br />in the amount of a minimum of One Million Dollars <br />($1,000,000.00) providing coverage for any and all loss due to <br />negligence on the part of the First Party relative to the <br />maintenance and care of the subject golf cars. In addition <br />thereto, the First Party agrees to name the Sec:ond Party as an <br />additional insured on its insurance policy deal.ing with said <br />risk. The First Party shall supply to the Secc>nd party at least <br />annually a Certificate of Insurance indicating that the party of <br />the second part is named as an additional insur•ed on said <br />policy. <br />10. The Second Party agrees to perform or cause to be <br />performed the following services to the cars: <br />10a. To keep the cars clean and orderly so they do not <br />detract from the standards, appearance and cleanliness of <br />the Club. <br />10b. To furnish gasoline for the operation of the <br />gasoline cars. <br />11. In order to insure a proper level of operation, <br />performance and dependability, the First Party shall furnish to <br />the following extent: <br />lla. The First Party's service depart:ment shall <br />inspect cars and make necessary repairs wE>ekly during the - <br />regular playing seasons. <br />llb. The First Party's service depart;ment shall <br />respond to any and all emergency calls during the golfing <br />season within a thirty-six (36) hour period. <br />12. The parties hereto recognize and agree that the party <br />of the second part is acting as a vendor of a rental agreement <br />between South East Golf Car Company and customers using its golf <br />course facility. As such, the issues of repair and replacement <br />of the golf cars are expressly provided for wit=hin the subject <br />agreement. The parties further acknowledge that it is the <br />interit of the parties that in the relationship between the South <br />East Golf Car Company and the City of North Olrnsted's customers <br />is that of Lessor/Lessee/Bailor/Bailee. The parties further <br />recognize and agree that the same in expressed on the receipt <br />signed by each person who rents a golf car. The parties further <br />recognize that there may be situations wherein the personnel of <br />the City of North Olmsted may be ut.ilizing said golf cars in a
