CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2002 - 85 <br />BY: MAYOR NORMAN T. MUSIAL <br />AN ORDINANCE CREATING A NEW CHAPTER 763 OF THE BUSINESS <br />REGULATION CODE ENTITLED "TATTOO OPERATIONS AND <br />DERMA GRAPHIC ART STIIDIOS"; AND DECLARINGANEMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to promulgate regulations governing <br />the operation of tattoo parlors and dermagraphic art studios in the City of North Olmsted; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That there be and hereby is created a new Chapter 763 of the <br />Business Regulation Code of the City of North Olmsted entitled "Tattoo Operations and <br />Dermagraphic Art Studios." Said new Chapter 763 shall be in form and substance as set <br />forth in Exhibit A, which is expressly incorporated by reference into this Ordinance as if <br />fully restated herein. <br />SECTION 2: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and <br />for the reason that it is necessary that this Ordinance go into effect immediately so that <br />the public safety and health concerns for the community and its visitors are immediately <br />addressed, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and <br />approval by the Mayor <br />PASSED: First Reading: 6 `f 0 --L- <br />Second Reading: a4??',e_? -? a v o"3 <br />Third Reading: <br />Committee: <br />ATTEST: <br />BARBARA L.
