<br />Ordinance No. 2002-95 <br />Page 2 <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and <br />for the further reason that it is necessary that this Ordinance go into effect immediately <br />because the Law Department is without adequate research facilities and there are many <br />issues in the Law Department which need immediate research attention, and further <br />provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: / f a 0 6 'j, <br />First Reading: ? <br />Second Reading: _ <br />Aird Reading: ? <br />Committee: 1?4 <br />6 1 <br />ATTEST.• BARBARA L.
