, Ordinance No. 2008- 135 <br />1333.01 REMOVAL OF DEBRIS AND MATERIAL. <br />Whenever a building in the City is torn down or removed, all rubbish or debris, <br />including any goods, merchandise, commodities, products or materials of any kind which may <br />have been stored within such building, which would prove a nuisance or a fire hazard if <br />allowed to remain on the premises, must be cleaned away. The ground shall be leveled off, <br />and the premises put in a clean and sanitary condition; provided, however, that if such <br />premises are properly fenced in and the erection of a new building is to be commenced within <br />sixty days, the ground need not be leveled. <br />BE AMENDED, AND, AS AMENDED, SHALL READ IN ITS ENTIRETY AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />1333.01 REMOVAL OF DEBRIS AND MATERIAL. <br />(a) Whenever a building in the City is torn down or removed, all rubbish or debris, <br />including any goods, merchandise, commodities, products or materials of any kind which may <br />have been stored within such building, which would prove a nuisance or a fire hazard if <br />allowed to remain on the premises, must be cleaned away. , <br />; pf-ovided, liewevef, <br />sixty , • <br />In addition. where at the time of demolition of the building, there is no <br />the <br />as <br />and <br />or <br />the <br />or nermii, so <br />SECTION 2: That Section 1333.01 of the Building Code amended herein is expressly <br />repealed and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances or resolutions that are inconsistent or in <br />conflict with the newly amended section are likewise repealed to the extent of such inconsistency <br />or conflict only. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the <br />earliest period allowed by law.
