a ? <br /> <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2008 - 117 <br />BY: Mayor O' Grady <br />AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF <br />THE ZONE MAP OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED BY <br />REZONING PERMANENT PARCEL NUMBERS 236-23-028, <br />236-23-017, 236-24-019, AND 236-24-020, LOCATED ON <br />BUTTERNUT RIDGE ROAD EAST OF CANTERBURY ROAD, <br />FROM SINGLE RESIDENCE A TO RESIDENTIAL CLUSTER <br />DISTRICT. <br />WHEREAS, under the applicable provisions of Chapter 1136 of the Zoning Code, this <br />Council, upon approving a residential cluster site plan, proceeds next to the question of amending <br />the City Zone Map accordingly; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council, at the regular Council meeting held on the day of <br />, 2008, approved the site plan for the proposed Biddulph Trails Residential Ch-ter <br />development on certain parcels of land located on Butternut Ridge Road east of Canterbury Road, <br />and identified as Permanent Parcel Numbers 236-23-028, 236-23-017, 236-24-019, and 236-24- <br />020; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission on the ? day of 2008, by <br />formal motion, recommended that this Ordinance, proposing to ame t e Zone Map of the City <br />of North Olmsted by rezoning the land identified as Permanent Parcel Numbers 236-23-028, 236- <br />23-017, 236-24-019, and 236-24-020 from Single Residence A to Residential Cluster District be <br />(approved) (disapproved); and <br />WHEREAS, following publication of newspaper notice and notice to the record title <br />holders of real property located within one thousand (1,000) feet of the property proposed to be <br />rezoned, a public hearing was held, in conformance with the provisions of Section 14 of Article <br />IV of the Charter and Section 1127.03 of the Zoning Code, on the day of tv <br />2008. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, AND STATE OF OHIO:
