CONTRACTUAL SERVICE,. <br />TOTAL INTERNAL SERVICE <br />TRUST AND AGENCY <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br />TOTAL TRUST AND AGENCY <br />TOTAL, ALL FUNDS <br />2008-98 <br />3,362,763 <br />3,362,763 <br />2008-109 <br />3,362,763 <br />- 3,362,763 <br />311,500 311,500 <br />311,500 - 311,500 <br />57,668,902 111,657 57,780,559 <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an attested copy of the Ordinance to the <br />Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br />SECTION 3: That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw her warrants on the City Treasury for <br />payment from any of the foregoing appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefore, <br />approve by the Board of Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an ordinance or resolution of Council to <br />make the expenditures; provided that no warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons <br />employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinance. Provided further, that the appropriations for <br />contingencies can only be expended upon approval of two-thirds vote of Council and for purposes other than those <br />covered by the specific appropriations herein made. <br />SECTION 4: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force at the earliest date permitted by Article IV, <br />Section 12, of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted. <br />PASSED: <br />arbara L.
