STANDARI) EASEMENT FOR THE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF A SANITARY SEWER FOR THE PUR.PUSE OF PROVIDING SANITARY SEWER SERVICE (I, We) NfJRCAR COMPANY, LLC, the Grrantor herein, for valuable consider.ation received and to be received to (my, our) full satisfaction, do hereby grant and cQnvey to the City of North Olmsted, a political subdivisian of the State of Olaio and Grantee herein, the perpetuual right-of-way and easement for the purposes herei.nafter mentioned in the followitng described premises (the "Premises"): Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, known as being part of the Original Township Lot Na 2! , and bounded and deseribed as follows: "A copy of the legal description is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof as if fully written herein. Grantor and Grantee agree that a11 references to either party in this instrument sha11 include that party and the party's heirs, administrators, successors and/or assigns. In consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, the Grantor hereby grants and conveys unto the Grantee the right and easement to enter upon the Premises to lay, install and rnaintain therein a sanitary sewer and appurtenanees, including service connections and pipes; to make a11 repairs to sanitary sewers, lines, pipes and appurtenances that the Crrantee deems to be neeessary or advisable from tune to time; or to do any other thing which the Grantee deems to be necessary or advisable in order to operate or maintain said lines, pipes and •appurtenances in accordance with the ordinances, rules and regulations of the Grantee, wluch are now `iri effect or may be adopted hereafter. In consideration of acceptance of the easement by the Grantee, the Grantor agrees to pay the entire cost of installing a sanitary sewer and appurtanances upon the Premises, which sanitary sewer line shall be located not less than nine (9) feet from either lateral limit of the Premises. T'he sanitary sewer line and appurtenances, including manholes and cleanouts, sha11 upon completion, and approval by the Grantee, become and remain the properry of the Grantee, the City of North Olmsted, and shall be a collection sanitary sewer of said C'rrantee.
