<br />Resorution No, 2008 - <br />substantially adverse to the Gity shal! be evidencecE ceticlusivelv 6v,the exeC%i'tion of the <br />agreement bv the Mavar and the approval ofthe agretmeni hv t,te Director of J_.aw. <br />SECTION 3: That this Council furtlier ratifze?< and aftirms all actions of the <br />Administration soliciting and payirig for services rendered by Johnson, Miller c&, ScF?mitz, <br />formerly known as Johnson & Colaluca, that have occurred, and xnay hereafter oucur, betweere <br />the rime when the term of the original contract expired and ihe time when the contract extensron <br />is lawfullyexecuted.
