'k <br />AGREEMENT <br />between <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO <br />and <br />SENIOR TRANSPORTATION CONNECTION (STC) <br />for <br />MOTOR FUEL SUPPLY <br />Whereas, the Senior Transportation Connection (STC) has and continues to engage in <br />community based transportation services for senior citizens and handicapped persons, in <br />cooperation with the North Olmsted Commission on Paratransit, and as dispatched from <br />facilities leased from the City of North Olmsted, Ohio; <br />Whereas, STC and the City of North Olmsted mutually benefit from the provision <br />of transit buses to said residents and by this provision of coordinated community <br />services; and <br />Whereas, the City Council has, pursuant to Resolution No. adopted on <br />the day of , 2008, authorized the Mayor to enter into this <br />Agreement to provide STC with access to and supply of motor fuels from City gasoline <br />facilities; and <br />Now, therefore, the parties to this Motor Fuel Supply Agreement ("Agreement"), <br />namely the City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio and the Senior <br />Transportation Connection (STC) of Cuyahoga County, an Ohio non-profit corporation <br />whose business address is 323 Lakeside Ave., West, Suite 400, Cleveland, OH 44113, <br />mutually agree to the following provisions at North Olmsted, Ohio, effective January 1. <br />2008: <br />1. The City hereby agrees to permit STC to fuel community transit bus vehicles at the <br />City's Fueling Facility located at the City's Service Garage at 5200 Dover Center <br />Road. <br />2. The City agrees to permit STC to purchase such motor fuels, diesel and/or gasoline, <br />in bulk and at cost, together with an administrative service fee as described below, at <br />the City's Service Facility located at the City's Service Garage at 5200 Dover Center <br />Road. <br />3. Access to the fueling facility shall be for twenty-four (24) hours, seven (7) days a <br />week. However restrictions to these hours of access will be as follows: <br />A. No refueling of STC vehicles between 7:00 A.M. and 8:00 A.M. during <br />the "normal work week" days of the City of North Olmsted. <br />B. No refueling of STC vehicles between 2:30 P.M. and 3:15 P.M. during the <br />"normal work week" days in the City of North Olmsted. <br />
