Ordinance No. 2008-56 <br />B. Mortuaries, crematoriums and funeral homes. <br />C. Printing shops and graphic, arts facilities. <br />D. Dance, voice and music studios. <br />E. Barber shops, beauty shops, custom tailors, laundry or <br />dry cleaning agencies, self-service laundries and dry <br />cleaning and shoe repair shops. <br />F. Research and testing laboratories; radio and television <br />stations; telephone exchanges; pay stations and <br />transfortner stations. <br />G. Animal hospitals/clinics and animal grooming <br />facilities, provided that animal noise and odor must be <br />effectively confined to any such building so used. <br />H. Hotels and motels. <br />1. Banks, loan and finance companies, and other financial <br />institutions. <br />J. Gasoline service stations and automobile wash, <br />provided that no part of the lot upon which the same is <br />located is within 500 feet of any lot occupied by an <br />existing church, public or private school, playground, <br />park, library, public building or building of institutional <br />occupancy, except where the distance is intersected by <br />a street at least sixty feet in width and no alcoholic <br />beverages are dispensed or sold on the same lot. <br />K. Any and all uses permitted in Chapter 1138 subject to <br />the provisions stated therein. <br />M. Accessory uses customarily incident to a primary use <br />described in this section, i.ncluding: <br />(1) Offstreet parking as regulated in Chapter 1161. and <br />(2) Signs as regulated in Chapter 1163. <br />(3) Charitable collection bins, restricted as follows: <br />A. Not more than one (1) structurally stationary type <br />receptacle (mobile or trailer bins prohibited) per <br />parcel. <br />B. No larger than three (3) feet wide, four (4) feet deep <br />and seven (7) feet tall in size. <br />C. Located or placed in accordance with Yard <br />Regulations in 1139.07. <br />D.
