Ordinance No. 2008-62 <br />SECTION Z: That any ordinance, or part of any ordinance, that is inconsistent or <br />in conflict with any provision of new Chapter 561 of the North Olmsted Codified <br />Ordinances, is hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency or conflict only. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and <br />welfare, and for the further reason that it is necessary for the legislation to go into effect <br />immediately in order to provide at the earliest possible time for the abatement of <br />nuisances which directly injure the health, safety and welfare of the community, and <br />further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of this <br />Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by <br />the Mayor. <br />/ <br />PASSED: = ,A-d `?IjA4) First Reading: <br />Second Reading.• ?n 7 Third Readin <br />Committee: ?.cc <br />ATTEST: <br />ARBARA L.
