P? ,?•- , . .. <br />4? <br />Resolution No. 2008-76 <br />SECTION 2: The Clerk of Council is hereby directed to serve a certified copy of this <br />Resolution upon Governor Ted Strickland, State Senator Robert Spada, State Representative <br />Jennifer Brady, and all members of the Ohio Senate Financial Institutions, Real Estate and <br />Securities Committee. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and iurther <br />for the reason that it is necessary that this Resolution go into effect immediately so that the Ohio <br />Senate may consider this resolution prior to voting upon Substitute House Bi11 533, <br />and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it <br />shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: ? ? ??k4- ? -o First Reading: <br />Second Reading: <br />Third Reading: <br />Committee: <br />ATT ST.• <br />? <br />BARBARA L.
