<br />additional compensation, such addition compensation is a follows: <br />8.1 All full-time Corrections Officers hired prior to December 31, 1994, shall receive <br />$ 250.00 After employee completes five (5) years <br />$ 500.00 After employee completes ten (10) years <br />$ 750.00 After employee completes fifteen (15) years <br />$ 1000.00 After employee completes twenty (20) years <br />For the gurgose af computing the length of futl-time service, for the purpose of <br />calculating additional compensation; no service credit shall be given for part-time or full-time <br />service outside of this bargaining unit. [Current members Hardy/Johnson are gra.ndfathered in] <br />ARTICLE 9 <br />HOLIDAYS <br />0*.. . <br />? <br />9.1 All bargaining unit members sha11 be entitled to certain holidays during the year <br />and shall not be required to work on these holidays, unless scheduled to work by the Chief of <br />Police. In the event the bargaining unit member either works or was not scheduled to work for <br />reasons other than holiday leave on one of the following holidays, then the bargaining unit <br />member sha11 receive another day off from work for reasons other than holiday leave.
