<br /> <br />LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING <br />The parties agree that as a matter of policy the City has agreed that it is the <br />obligation of the City to provide members of the bargaining unit with Body Armor. The <br />parties have agreed to provide the same by virtue of Article 26 of the Agreement. As a <br />matter of equity the City recognizes each of the members of the Collective Bargaining <br />Unit have purchased the same with their own funds and it is the desire of the City to <br />reimburse each member in the amount of six hundred dollars ($600.00) for said Body <br />Armor.
