7.10 Shift Differential: Effective January 1, 2001, a11 bargaining unit members sha11 <br />receive a shift differential in the amount of seventy-five ($.75) cents per hour for the years 2001, <br />2002 and 2003. Shift differential shall be paid to bargaining unit members assigned to the second <br />(1500 to 2300) shift, third (2300 to 0700) shift, and swing (2000 to 0400) shift respectively. <br />ARTICLE 8 <br />LONGEVITY PAY <br />8.1. All full-time swom employees sha11 receive longevity pay as additioiffl compensation <br />computed on annua.l salary as follows: <br />4% after employee completes 5 years <br />5% after empiayee completes 10 yeazs <br />6% after employee completes 15 years <br />7% after employee completes 20 yeazs <br />For the purpose of this section, the term "annual salary" is defined as base pay, <br />shift differential, over-time, vacatiqn and sick pay. <br />In computing length of service for the purpose of making payments of longevity <br />increments as herein above set forth, no credit sha11 be given for part-time service, but such <br />limitation is the only exclusion for the purpose of computing longevity. <br /> <br /> <br />11 <br />.;...,,
