<br />ARTICLE 25 <br />LABOR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE <br />25.1 In the interest of sound Labor/Management relations, unless mutually agreed <br />otherwise, once each quarter on a mutually agreeable day ant rime, the Mayor, and appropriate <br />designee(s) shall meet with not more than one employee representative and one non-employee <br />representative of the Union to discuss pending problems or issues of concern and to promote a <br />more harmonious Labar/Management relationship. <br />25.2 An agenda will be fumished upon request of either party at Ieast five (5) working <br />days in advance of the scheduled meetings with a list of the matters to be taken up in the meeting, <br />and the names of those Union representatives who will be attending. <br />25.3 It is fiuther agreed that if special Labor/Mana.gement meetings have been <br />requested, and mutually agreed upon, they shall be convened as soon as feasible. <br />ARTICLE 26, <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br />26.1 Body Armor: The City agrees to provide to all Bargaining Unit Members body <br />armor. The City agrees to replace body armor at such time as the vests are no longer serviceable <br />as provided in the manufacturer's specifications. In the event the body armor is rendered <br />unserviceable due to rnisuse or neglect by the member, replacement sha11 be the responsibility of <br />the member. The City will pay up to six hundred dollars ($600.00) of the cost for a vest <br />purchased by a bargaining unit member. <br />37 <br />
