LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING <br />In the event there is crea.ted a work day in excess of eight (8) hours by the <br />Employer, then in the event the work day shall be expressed in terms of hours and all <br />rights, duties and privileges expressed in this agreement shall be converted from days to <br />hours. As an example, overtime shall be based on hours worked over the newly <br />scheduled "work day". In no event sha11 management's right to schedule hours of work <br />be affected by changing the work day in excess of eight (8) hours. It is expressly agreed <br />and understood that the creation af a work day in excess of eight (8) hours shall nat <br />increase any beneft regarding compensation, vacation, time off or any other benefit of <br />empioyment.
