<br />the Site shall be paid by the City from the net proceeds of the Obligations or net invesunent <br />earnings therean. <br />ITEM II: ReaI Property Acquisition and Construction and Provision of Personalty <br />Consistently with Item IV hereof, the City and the Trustees shall mutually aaree <br />an the size, desip and construction of the New Buildine and on the size, style and quality of the <br />fumiture, fumishings, fixttires, equipment and other improvements for the New Building and the <br />Site. Such a=creement shall be evidenced in one or more writings signed by the Executive <br />Director of rhe Library ar his designee an behalf of the Trustees and by the Mayor of the Ciry or <br />his designee on behalf of the City prior to the execution of contracts therefor. The City and the <br />Trustees intend that the New Building shall have an area of not less than 30,000 square feet. The <br />City will Dive due eonsideration ta the Trustees' preferences with respect to the technoIogy, <br />piumbing, electrical and heating, ventilation and air conditionin, systems for the New Building. <br />The City shall expead an amount of money sufficient, taking into account any <br />equipment and fumishings used in the Existing Facility that the Trustees agree may be available <br />far use in the New Facility and any reaI property already owned by the City that may be <br />available for the Site, for the acquisition, preparation, landscaping and improvement of the Site <br />and the construction, fiunishing, equipping and improvement of the New Building thereon, to be <br />operated and utilized by the Trustees as a free public Iibrary known as the North 0lmsted Branch <br />of the Library; provided, however, that the cost of the New Facility, including, witliout Iirniting <br />the generality of the foregoing, the cost of the acquisition, preparation, landscaping and <br />improvement of the Site, the consuvction, furnishing and equipping of the New Building, the <br />cost of all reiated design and construction management and supervision services and alI other <br />capitai costs related to the New Facility, shall not exceed, and the obligauons of the City under <br />•3- <br />???????..,
