YAKAMAVAGE <br />TO TH E <br />C1TY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, State of Ohio, and as being part <br />of original Dover Township Lot No. 15 and as shown by the Sandy Ridge Subdivision <br />No. 12 recorded in Volume 210, Page 42 of the Cuyahoga County Map Records, and <br />being further bounded and described as follows: <br />Beginning at the intersection point of tlie northeast corner of Permanent Parcel No. 323- <br />14-086 and the northwest comer of Permanent Parcel No. 232-14-087 on the south right- <br />of-way line of Blossom Boulevard (60 feet wide); <br />Thence North 88°-43'-16" East along the south right-of-way line of Blossom Boulevard, <br />a distance of 12 feet to a point on the south right-of-way line of Blossom Boulevard (60 <br />feet wide) and also the northeasterly corner of an existing sewer easement, being the <br />principal place of beginning; <br />Thence North 88°-43'-16" East along the south right-of-way tine of Blossom Boulevard a <br />distance of 12 feet to a point on the south right-of-way line of Blossom Boulevard (60 <br />feet wide); <br />Thence Southwesterly a distance of about 18 feet to a point on the westerly line of the <br />existing sewer easement; <br />Thence North 1°-56'-25" East along the westerly line of the existi.ng sewer easement a <br />distance of 13 feet to the place of begirming, be the same more or less but subject to all <br />legal highways and easements of record. <br />
