- 2 - <br />6. The Second Party agrees to provide to the First Party <br />the name or names of the person or persons who shall be in <br />charge of car rentals, one of whom shall be on the premises at <br />all times when said cars are being rented. <br />7. The First Party shall number the cars in keeping with <br />his usual numbering method, and it is understood that said golf <br />cars may have affixed thereto, in a readable manner but not bold <br />or offensive, a decal or other insignia identifying them as <br />being property of the First Party. <br />8. The First Party shall provide all parts, service and <br />labor required to keep the cars in good repair, without cost or <br />obligation to the Second Party. The Second party shal.l not be <br />responsible for loss of said cars due to fire, vandali.sm, theft <br />?or ordinary wear and tear. <br />9. The First Party agrees to maintain liability insurance <br />in the amount of a minimum of One Million Dolla.rs <br />($1,000,000.00) providing coverage for any and all loss due to <br />negligence on the part of the First Party relative to the <br />maintenance and care of the subject golf cars. In addition <br />thereto, the First Party agrees to name the Second Party as an <br />ladditional insured on its insurance policy dealing with said
