The enclosed materials include the following, which should be processed as indicated: l. Resolution declaring the necessity of issuing bonds arid submittvng the question to the electors, to be considered by the Council and adopted, under a suspension of the rules and as an emergency measure, at its regular meeting on Wednesday, July 5, 2000. After it is adopted, Mrs. Seman should immediateiy cause a certified copy of this resolution and the County Auditor's millage certificate to be delivered to the County Auditor. 2. County Auditor's millage certificate, to be delivered to the County Auditor promptly after the adoption of the resolution of necessity and completed and returned to Mrs. Seman.
