?°.. <br />? <br />Project Personnel 5-1 <br />?Metcaif & Eddy <br />M&E has established a team of professionals that are <br />knowledgeable and have the experience to successfully <br />complete your centrifuge project. Our team combines the <br />following components for your project: <br />• Experience and expertise designing centrifuge <br />solids dewatering systems. <br />• Experience working with the City of North <br />Olmsted personnel to successfully complete <br />projects that result in more efficient operations <br />and cost savings. <br />The project organization is presented on the following <br />page. A brief discussion of each professional's project <br />responsibilities follows. Resumes are presented at the end <br />of this section. <br />Your project will be managed by Mr. Foster McMasters, <br />P.E. Mr. McMasters brings to the project a familiarity of <br />the North Olmsted wastewater treatment plant layout, flow <br />hydraulics and influent loadings, having recently completed <br />several projects at your facility. This familiarity, coupled <br />with his treatment plant upgrade design experience, will <br />allow M&E to complete your project in a cost-effective and <br />efficient manner. <br />Mr. McMasters will be assisted by Mr. Randy Rostas, <br />P.E. Mr. Rostas's expertise and experience focuses on the <br />design aspects of your project. Mr. Rostas will be the lead <br />engineer and will coordinate design and drawing <br />preparation efforts for your project. <br />Mr. Paul Sbardella has over 25 years experience <br />designing and constructing solids handling facilities, <br />including centrifuge systems. He will provide senior <br />technical advice and review throughout your design project. <br />
