Our submittal is based upon your Request for Proposal dated May 16, <br />2000. The eight sections of our proposal were prepared to illustrate our understanding of your <br />project, our experience, and also to emphasize our understanding of the overall long-term goals <br />your WWTP staff personnel have established to reduce costs associated with operations and <br />maintenance of your facility. <br />In addition, we have provided a team of M&E professionals that bring to your project knowledge <br />and experience needed to successfully complete your project. Local experience has been gained <br />having recently completed work at your WWTP with North Olmsted personnel on several <br />projects including the development of centrifuge specifications and procurement procedures. <br />This local experience, coupled with expertise designing and constructing centrifuge dewatering <br />systems at other locations throughout the country, will provide the needed experience and <br />expertise to continue to achieve your goals of cost reduction and efficient operations. <br />A cost proposal has been prepared and is provided in a separate sealed envelope at the back of <br />this submittaL <br />Again, thank you for this opportunity.
