? <br />EXHIBIT "C" <br />PEP:MANENT STORM SEWER EASEMENT <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />THAT Veronica L. & Edward J. Zak, the GRANTOR, for and in consideration <br />of valuable consideration received to its full satisfaction, which is hereby acknowledged, <br />does hereby grant unto THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, a municipal corporation, <br />the Grantee, its successor and assigns forever, a perpetual easement for Right-of-Way <br />Storm Sewer purposes on and under the lands owned by the Crrantor and known as being <br />part of Permanent Parcel No. 234-16-002, in the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, as <br />described and identified in the attached Exhibit "A" and "B", together with the right and <br />privilege to enter upon or under said land for purposes of construction, repair, <br />maintenance, inspection, and survey of said sewers and appurtenances. <br />TO HAVE AND HOLD said permanent easement and right-of-way unto the said <br />Grantee, its successors and assigns forever. The said Grantor themselves, and their <br />successors and assigns, hereby covenant with the said Crrantee, its successors and assigns, <br />that they are the lawful owners of said premises and have full power to grant, bargain, <br />sell, convey and release the same in the manner aforesaid and will warrant and defend the <br />same against all claims relating to the use of the easement area by the Grantee. <br />The said easement is given for the purpose of granting to the Grantee the right to <br />construct, maintain and operate a storm sewer together with the necessary manholes for <br />the transportation of storm water with the unimpaired access to said sewer and the rights <br />of ingress and egress, on, over and through said land for a11 purposes necessary and <br />incident to the construction, operation and maintenance and, from time to time, to alter, <br />
