located within said right-of-way. Grantee further agrees to replace and re-plant and stake- <br />up at least three hearty shade trees, at least three (3) inches in h-unk diameter size, as well <br />as re-seed and straw all grassy areas of Grantor's property that are affected by Grantee's <br />sewer line installation. Grantee further agrees to add and connect to the storm sewer line <br />at least three (3) 18-inch diameter permanent 'catch basins at the three lowest drain points <br />in Grantor's rear yard and to connect same to the new storm sewer line, all solely at <br />Crrantee's expense, in order to help correct the drainage in Grantor's yard. <br />And, finally, Crrantee agrees, as its expense, that all trees from Grantor's real <br />property that are removed or trimmed as part of Crrantee's installation of the above storm <br />sewer line on Grantor's property shall be taken down and cut up into 18" - 24" segments, <br />as firewood pieces, and taken to Grantor's treelawn and stacked for removal by Grantor, <br />or their assigns. <br />Also, Crrantee shall replace a11 concrete and asphalt areas of Grantor's property <br />that are damaged or removed as part of the Crrantee's installation of its sewer line with <br />comparable quality and quantity of similar concrete and asphalt, installed in the same <br />areas, as from whence the original paved areas were removed or damaged. <br />
