CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2000 - 51 <br />By: Councilman Michael Gareau, Jr. <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A STORM SEWER EASEMENT <br />LOCATED ON PROPERTY OWNED BY THE NORTH <br />OLMSTED BOARD OF EDUCATION AND DESIGNATED AS <br />PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 234-15-004 IN CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY MAPS AND RECORDS, SAID EASEMENT SHOWN <br />ON EXHIBIT "C" AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted has agreed to pay all costs and expense <br />for the construction of the storm sewer improvement within the easement area as shown <br />on the Exhibit "A" and "B". <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO. <br />SECTION 1: That the City hereby accepts an easement from the North Olmsted <br />Board of Education for storm sewer improvement, as shown on Exhibit "A" and "B". <br />5ECTION 2: That the Engineer of the City of North Olmsted is hereby directed <br />to cause said easement to be recorded in the office of the Cuyahoga County Recorder. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby determined to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, praperty, health, <br />and safety of the City, and further provided it receives the a,ffirmative vote of two-thirds of <br />all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage <br />and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED:?--. <br />A ST: <br />? ,. <br />Barbara L.
