001-? <br />f <br />Ordinance No. 97-32 <br />page 2 <br />SECTION 2: That the purchase price for said approximately nine (9) acres of real <br />property shall not exceed three hundred ten thousand dollars ($310,000.00). In a11 other respects, <br />the contract for the purchase of the real property shall be in a form and substance approved by the <br />Director of Law, prior to execution by the Mayor. <br />SECTION 3: Upon execution of the contract referred to in Sections 1 and 2 above, the <br />Mayor is hereby authorized to accept on behalf of the City the addition of approximately one-third <br />(1/3) acres of real property, also located on Bradley Road upon which is located a house, all of <br />which is being donated to the City as a part of the subject transaction. <br />SECTION 4.
