Musial <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC 5ERVICE TO <br />ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR HVAC IMPROVEMENTS AT THE NORTH OLMSTED <br />POLICE STATION AS DETAILED IN THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS ON FILE <br />AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO CONTRACT FOR THE SAME, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the necessary plans and specifications, as prepared under the direction of the <br />Engineering Department of the City of North Olmsted, are on file, and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to authorize the Mayor to enter into an <br />Agreement to construct said improvement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE50LVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby authorized to <br />advertise for bids for HVAC improvements at the North Olmsted Police Station according to <br />plans and specifications now on file in his office and that, upon approval by the Board of Control, <br />the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a Contract and execute same on behalf of the City of <br />North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declaxed to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and further <br />provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />? <br />PASSED: ? ? <br />3 <br />A1 1 1. <br />?-????.---- <br />arbara L.
